Thank you for shopping with Meraki Arts by Apurva. By purchasing from www.merakiartsbyapurva.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once your order has been shipped.

2. Damaged Items — Full Refund

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, we will issue a full refund including the original shipping cost. To qualify:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
• Do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved

Once verified, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
